I had my stop smoking treatment a while ago now, in fact I cant tell you how long
ago it was which I think is a good sign. It has been brilliant! People ask when did I have it, and I say, I have no idea! I have put smoking so far away in my 'history'files of my life that the date means nothing. Does this happen often?
Anyway, first couple of evenings were a bit tough but it NEVER occured to me to
cheat, buy cigs, borrow cigs, take replacement etc.
After that it is so natural to not smoke. Off on first holiday since quitting in a couple of days and its lovely to think I am free of how? when? where? etc in a foreign place.

Thanks for the hypnosis on Saturday, it has definitely worked as I haven't had or wanted to have a cigarette since I left you on Saturday afternoon. I am very calm & relaxed about the whole not smoking thing and am quite shocked that I have found this so easy! I will keep in touch periodically to let you know how I am getting on.
